The 2017 pilot taught us what to change.
The evidence base has moved, and so has what teenagers need. The 2027 curriculum is being rebuilt from the ground up.
2017
The pilot
The first ViZvasta Workshop ran in 2017 as an 8-day pilot for ages 14–17, built around grooming and presentation, across two phases and four modules, and mentored by institutional partners.
2027
The rebuild
The 2027 curriculum is being rebuilt around mental and physical wellbeing — how a teenager manages stress, sleep, movement, screens and self-image, and how they say what they mean.
Four pillars.
This is the working structure of the 2027 curriculum. Pillar content will be published as it is finalised.
-
Emotional regulation
Stress, anger, anxiety.
In development -
Communication & self-expression
Saying what you mean, and being heard.
In development -
Physical wellbeing
Sleep, movement, nutrition, screen habits.
In development -
Presence & self-image
How you carry yourself, and how you see yourself.
In development
Run with schools, mentored by professionals.
In partnership with schools
The Workshop is delivered in partnership with schools, for a defined cohort of their students aged 14–17. The school knows its students; we bring the programme.
Mentored by practising professionals
Sessions are mentored by practising professionals in their fields, so that what teenagers hear comes from people who do the work, not only from a curriculum.
